reproducible with 061221

steps:
1. create deployment diagram
2. add component to the diagram
3. name component sample
4. with cursor at the beginning of 'sample' press CTRL-Delete
good, word is deleted
5. start typing new name
old name restores

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.
