I see a bunch of nodes referring me to this issue when I try to move a class
from one project to another. Changing to DEFECT accordingly.

As we discussed several times, the changes in source code are not exactly mapped to the refactoring tree. I can do some
hacking stuff to make it better, but it will never work correctly in all cases. IMO non-existing description should be
replaced to some general message in refactoring.

I've changed the node description from 'todo: missing description' to 'update'.
