JAX-WS webservices cannot be tested (GUI missing). I think this was possible
with NB 5.0 and JAX-RPC.

There was a decision to remove this feature.
Now the service, that is deployed to Sun Java Application Server (since 9.0
version) can be tested using the SJSAS Tester capability (see the SJSAS console).
There is also a requirement for jax-ws runtime to provide some generic tester
utility.
