Description: (sakthivelg)
I believe, this is a big feature missing for Creator Users.

There's lot of CreatorPack Installer work being done to discover and setup up
GlassFish for CreatorPack. Once this is one, Creator users can start/stop
Glassfish from IDE. But for the javadb/derby database, I don't see anything to
re-instate the Bundled database Server node.

We would need this feature back in CreatorPack somehow. Users should be able to
start/stop Bundled/discovered database from IDE (similar to this feature for
Glassfish). This would be big usability issue.

Evaluation: (jbaker)
Actually there is a facility to start/stop a bundled database from the main menu:
Tools->Java DB Database->Start Java DB Server / Stop Java DB Server

A Database Server Start/Stop node in the Runtime window has not been planned
as Java DB, let alone Glassfish is not bundled in the Creator pack. So, changing to
an RFE.

Evaluation (Entry 2): (jbaker)
Update - the Tools -> Java DB Server menu won't appear until
Derby is available. Available meaning, either

1) Install Glassfish
2) Through Tools->Options-> [Advanced] IDE Configuration ->Server and External
Tool Settings -> Java DB Database (set Java DB location and Database location)
