A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We need some way to set the colors for individual column headers, not just the
entire header row. In the same vein, when you place paging buttons at the top of
a data table you lose the ability to set the style for the regular header,
because it is no longer the actual table header.  It is possible to work around
this second issue by moving the paging buttons out of the table into separate
grid panel(s).


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
