NB Build :  netbeans-6_0-daily-bin-200702121900-windows-12_Feb_2007_1900.exe
Mobility Build : netbeans_mobility-6_0-070213-win.exe
OS/JDK : XP with JDK 1.5.0_10
Emulators added : Ricoh 1.14c, J2ME WTK 2.2, Sun Java WTK 2.3 and Sun WTK 2.5
for CDC Beta.

How to reproduce.
Install the above build, Add emulators using platform manager.
Create New Mobility Project.
Build and Run the project 
Observe Emulator does not show up.

Tried to create CDC and CLDC apps, Observed the same result.
