Please, move or re-implement functionality of Module Manager (package
autoupdate/src/o.n.m.autoupdate.catalog) in autoupdate/services infrastructure
and connect it to Plug-in Manager in autoupdate/ui.

Renamed subcomponent 'module manager' to 'plugin manager' consistent with
current naming.
