1.Go to the main page of pluginportal
2.Type "Module 9" to the search textfield and push "Search For Plugins" button
3.The page with the list of plugins appears but there is not available textfield
for search with "Search For Plugins" button. This should be there - users that
need to refine search string need to refine it immediately and they don't want
to load some page where search tool is available.

This is a UI spec issue so I'm changing this to an enhancement.  The UI spec
currently only has the search available from the main page.

As Plugin Portal JSF site completly replaced I mark this issue as WNF...
