I tried to upload file that is not recognized as a .nbm file. The system message
should tell that "user attempted to upload file that is not recognized as
NetBeans plugin so that it is not possible to upload it" - something of that
kind. There are messages that don't tell what is the problem - see attached
screenshot.

I cleaned up the messages to give hints that the NBM file is bad.
