Description:

I didn't know how to update my plugin data for a long time. Then it occurred to
me to click my username however it still didn't help. 10 minutes later I have
found that "Update" and "Delete" links are hidden and I need to use horizontal
scrollbar to see it. Please see attached screenshot to get what I mean.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Login to plugin portal and then click your username in the upper right corner
of the page.
2. Resize your browser window just to see all tabs (Home, Products, Plugins ...).
3. You will not be able to access the "Update" and "Delete" links until you use
scrollbar because the table is formatted incorrectly.
