I do not have exact steps to reproduce, but i remember i've had a suite with one
empty module on top of non-default platform (some recent trunk build) set to
application mode + i overrode jdk settings to 1.5. However, suite on platform
seemed to be running on 1.6, so i invoked suite customizer to check -> ISE

In case stacktrace and vague steps to reproduce are not useful, feel free to close.
