NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 070322)

- Create VW J2EE5 project
- Add CUSTOMER table from bundled "sample" Derby DB
- Open Query Editor
- Type '=?' In Criteria column for CUSTOMER_ID row
Error message appears: invalid operation: connection refused

Fix committed.  Do not call close Connections that are managed by
DatabaseConnection.
