When you rename a package the classes files are correctly moved, but their
'package' statement is not modified which results is a predictably weird behavior.

Please, try a newer build. There has been similar issue 95919 fixed recently

Cannot reproduce in current trunk, so I'm considering this as duplicate of 95919.
