I got it through invoking debug target>clean on ant script > debugging a while> and than invoking ant options via button in debugger output. (23.09 KB, image/jpeg)

2 times for today saw such options dialog as in attachment.
Just started IDE with fresh userdir and opened Tools/Options.

Any time I open this dialog during IDE session I see this huge window.
After restart IDE I've received small window. See attachment.

I see the same on today's fresh build from trunk, but I think, it's not C++ related issue

Are you able to reproduce this issue with very recent build? If yes, please provide build number, JDK and operating system.

Please, replace org-netbeans-modules-options-api.jar in netbeans/platform8/modules with attached jar, run IDE, open
Options and if the dialog is broken, send me output from console. Thanks.
