RemoteBuildUpdatesDownloadTestCase is unstable.

Bug #184766 is fixed now, but RemoteBuildUpdatesDownloadTestCase still fails occasionally. There must be another issue causing this test failure.

Looks like latest Vladimir's fixes for rfs have fixed this issue as well.
