[ BUILD # : 201005050200 ] [ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ] F5 is commonly used for refresh actions. Why is it missing? E.G. If I have opened the IDE with missing/unresponsive internet connection, I can't see the articles in the Startpage. After repair of the internet connection the only way to refresh the content is to restart the IDE. Also other things as external changes, versioning state etc. should refresh on F5.
I do not think that this can be done from editor.
(I this would be only about the welcome page, ide/Welcome would be the correct category, AFAIK. But as this seems to be about general refresh action, it belongs more to platform, IMO.)
