A few random files may got left out when a project is shared; issue is random and happens occasionally. Issue can be observed immediately when the supposedly shared file is open but it is not marked with "[Shared]". (Alternatively you can wait for the other side to get sufficiently annoyed and start yelling at you - just kidding =P)
with the latest build, I find that the problem is just about time; the missing files will pop up eventually (~10 minutes) is this considered as a UI responsiveness issue? coz the user who share the files would never know that the remote user has some missing files, which causes nasty confusions.
it is getting worse recently - remote user has to log off / log back on to reshare files; and even that might not work.
Weren't some of the files modified externally out of the IDE? I've seen a (burried) exception (and no file being displayed) on remote side for cases where local file was longer on disk than the IDE thought.
that would be (nearly) impossible - unless you are suggesting the remote machine experiences hardware failure etc. worth a check though ;-)
Reassigning to issues@collab. Collab Support plugin is not actively maintained. Obsoleted in 6.7 by the newly introduced integration with Project Kenai, a collaborative environment for developers to host their open-source projects, which includes also a chat service.
