If user have moved one of diagram element using Ctrl+Arrow and then switched
focus to another diagram element, Ctrl+arrow will still move the first one
instead of element that is now in focus.

steps:
- create class diagram
- put two class elements on it
- select one of them.
- press Ctrl+down_arrow to move element
- switch focus to another element (with mouse or tab key)
- press Ctrl+down_arrow again.
The first element is moved
