Sometimes (quite often) the navigator stops watching which file is currently
selected in the editor. It keeps displaying content of one file while other
files are selected. I do not know reliable steps to reproduce, yet.

When this happens, title of the Navigator TopComponent changes but the content
remains unchanged.

Once the navigator gets to this state, one must switch the navigator to a
different view (e.g. "Trees") and back to make it working again.
