- Move identity to its own cluster (identity1?)
- Make eng changes to remove runtime dependency from the modules. 
serverplugin changes required to identify AM's presense in the glassfish install, netbeans.conf dependency removal so
that the AMConfig.properties can be auto discovered, runtime tab node changes etc.
