Description _ krystyna 2007-06-18 20:20:42 UTC
Build06180000
XP
JDK1.6.0_02

I am seeing a new error badge on projects, appears both on top project WebApplicationxx node and Web Pages
node, but I have no information on how to repair the problem, i.e. no "resolve" context menu item on
the node(s). Attaching a screen shot of the IDE. This project had received an insync NPE on project creation which
could be related (See http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=95620.) Nothing in the log except a Warning
message. WARNING [org.openide.filesystems.Ordering]: Not all children in C:/Documents and Settings/Krystyna Polomski/My
Documents/NetBeansProjects/WebApplication670/web/ marked with the position attribute: [WEB-INF, resources], but some
are: [Page1.jsp]

Additionally, the wait cursor was not cleared until I tried a subsequent create new project.

I could deploy thie project but an attempt to drop a second component on the page, brings up the wait cursor and
it appears that IDE is deadlocked. Attaching thread dump.

Please give reproducible steps. There is no info here that can be investigated.
Comment 4 _ krystyna 2007-06-18 22:46:11 UTC
To reproduce:

1) with fresh userdir, empty project, switch from java source to jsp source back and forth a few times during
indexing. badge icon will appear on project node.
2) OR, try editing some java source and switch to jsp using tab. switch back and forth.
