Java: 1.5.0_07; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_07-87
System: Mac OS X version 10.4.10 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Issue #53123 has been fixed in former release but the issue appears in 6.0 again. So that it is not possible to see
tooltip with javadoc when navigating in Navigator by keyboard arrows.
