The task was to hover mouse cursor above navigator window's line (to view JavaDoc). This is not possible to do this
without mouse. Only selecting by keyboard has no effect, Ctrl+F1 doesn't work and there's no such item in context menu
which would be able to do the same thing.

I recommend to refresh JavaDoc window when selecting nodes in Navigator.

core./navigator is jut API infrastructure, java/navigation is reserved to java navigator.

Hmm, JavaDoc View is a tooltip and tooltips don't have keyboard shortcuts...
