First I installed a bunch of updates (probably patch 1) then restarted.  Then it told me there is an other update for
Base IDE (1.3 -> 1.3.1).  I installed that and restarted the IDE.  Then the bubble told me there is an update for Base
IDE (1.3 -> 1.3.1).  I accepted the license etc. and then it told me there are no updates.

Already fixed in NB6.5. Probably will be part of next patch to NB6.1
