Go to Tools>Options, Editor, Formatting tab -> there is "All Languages" selected and XML in preview 2. Choose Java -> preview changes to Java code 3. Close and reopen the Editor (Formatting) options -> Java is still a selected language, but XML is displayed in the preview

> Adding prefix since it's a NetCAT duplicate. :o) Yes. That NetCAT issue really is a duplicate of this one (not the other way around, see timestamps) - so there is no need to add a prefix to this issue. But we can keep it... this issue should be fixed anyway...
Fixed together with issue #142146.
I don't like the current behavior too much ("All Languages" are selected in the combobox by default), but it fixed this issue. Verified.
