When a user changes the tab size for All languages, the tab sizes for
the hidden choices of Java and Ruby are not affected.

Either the values should cascade, or an indication that they will not
be set for Java and Ruby, or a dialog asking if the user wants to use
the same values for Java and Ruby needs to appear.
