[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_07 ]

It should be similar to Java settings, where you can select the
option clicking on the string or in the check box. For All Languages,
it should have the same behaviour.
And the UI layout should be similar too, with a smaller gap between
check box and the language combo box.
