Step to reproduce:
1. Mount several folders.
2. Expand these folders and execute some application in one 
of it.
3. Restart Netbeans.

Result: Last folder user working on is expanded, other 
folders do not expanded.

Reproduced with Netbeans dev 030812.

Vladimir, it's duplicate of evergreen enhancement 9310. It'll be
considered in Explorer reengineering I guess. Thank you for feedback.
