Description Josef Kozak 2001-01-31 10:31:03 UTC
When IDE is reopened, ALL trees in Explorer should be displayed as they were
displayed before shutdown IDE. So ALL trees should be expanded properly (not
only the way to last selected node - as it is now).
Comment 1 Jesse Glick 2001-01-31 11:19:59 UTC
True. Currently the ExplorerManager is stored, which stores the root +
selection, and to fix this it would have to store various expanded paths which
are not selected. I'm not sure if this would be an API change or not.
Comment 2 Jaroslav Tulach 2001-02-05 14:51:59 UTC
The NbMainExplorer can be extended to store state of its tree.

Important, usability improvement. Impl may be tricky, consult with
architecture team.
Comment 7 Jiri Rechtacek 2002-02-08 10:16:54 UTC
I think the behavior is not important for a frequently end-user I
suppose seldom restart IDE while developing. So I postpone the target
at least in the release 4.0.
