Related to issue 37943 we want to remove the
notion of "customize" and "customizer" in the IDE,
because at the moment it means far too many
things.  the style guide should at least
discourage this, and it might be good to discuss
when one puts editing in a property sheet versus
in the editor (these are the two places the
existing "customization" should generally go)

done. removed reference to customize action in the properties chapter. will need to go 
through other chapters to be sure everything has been properly scrubbed.
