Current impl using XMLFileSystem, MultiFileSystem, and Dataloaders API is just
too buggy. Too many problems are unfixable. Should probably rewrite to use a
custom data model and view.

Probably to enhance it somewhat with new domain-specific actions (e.g. Create Link).

I think we talked about this a little. It is nice to get features like *_hidden support "for free" from MultiFileSystem,
but the price is probably too high.

In a nb module project tried to delete a shortcut from XML layer/<this layer in context>/Shortcuts via the delete action. The shortcut was defined in another module of my application.
