build 200610310100 jdk1.5.0_10

1) Register some local Glassfish server
2) Register some remote Glassfish server
3) Create some Enterprise Sample

It is allowed. But Samples should be allowed to create only on local servers, as
remote ones can't be for example started/stopped and so on. Netbeans should
check, if the Glassfish server registered is a local one.
