Runtime nodes don't show apps deployed on JBoss 5 bcs JBoss' implementation of
JSR-88 seems to be incomplete. The corresponding bug against JBoss will follow.

The issue still exists when trying with JBoss 5.0 GA.  The bug filed against JBoss (mentioned above) is still in OPEN
state. Will need to follow up with Jboss regarding the bug.

Unless JBoss fixes the bug mentioned above, this issue can not be resolved.  Marking this issue LATER.
